Adoption Coaching for Non Traditional Families In 2009 Bachy Coaching expanded to include coaching for non traditional families planning to adopt a child. I cannot think of a more courageous path than that of adoption. Adoptive parents, without the usual biological signs of pregnancy, are often invisible in their workplaces and communities. Yet their path of preparation is intensive and the journey to adoption invites strong hearts, a willingness to be flexible and to manage change in uncertain times. Coaching provides adoptive parents a way to discover their strengths and assets, to stay organized and productive along the journey, and to tend to their emotional and spiritual needs.
